When a TCGplayer Pro alternative makes sense
Choose the workflow before choosing the software. TCGplayer Pro serves marketplace sellers and also includes a store website, an in-store kiosk and channel management. An in-store screen alone is not a reason to switch.
Oskii fits a store that wants customers to request exact copies and staff to work through locations on a phone, with the sale staying in its existing POS. It does not replace access to TCGplayer buyers or MassPrice rules.
Compare fees on the transactions you actually make
TCGplayer states that purchases processed by your own POS have no Pro fee; pickup orders through the TCGplayer cart have a processing fee but no commission. Do not treat every in-store purchase as a marketplace sale when comparing costs.
Ask for the current fee schedule for your account, separate shipped orders from pickups, and include payment processing. If leaving a third-party sync provider, confirm Pro eligibility with TCGplayer before disconnecting anything.
Test the pickup workflow before switching
Run a small inventory sample through customer search, a multi-card request, a missing item and an uncollected hold. Check who changes stock after payment and how staff reconcile sales made elsewhere. Keep your marketplace listing workflow until a tested replacement covers it.
