Your shelves, searchable from the counter

Oskii gives a local game store a counter kiosk customers search themselves, a pick list on staff phones, and stock counts that stay honest between scans.

One shop day, start to finish

Pick a step to watch it play. These are coded recreations of the real screens, with an invented shop.

Export a binder from ManaBox and upload the CSV. Oskii compares it with what it already knows and shows a dry run before anything changes. An import never drops a customer's hold.

  • The file name becomes the binder
  • Review the plan, then apply it
  • Held cards are always kept

When a delivery lands, a staff member logs it on a phone: look the card up, set how many came in, and log the batch into your intake location.

  • Runs on the phones your staff already carry
  • A mistaken batch can be undone without touching a hold
  • Look cards up by name today

Here's how camera scanning will work. A staff member signs in with their PIN on a phone or iPad the owner has enrolled, sets the destination and card presets once, and points the camera. The card's name and collector line are read on the device, and the same card is never counted twice. Staff fix a line, review the batch, and commit it as one batch that can be undone as a unit.

  • Presets for condition, language and finish are set once per session
  • A Can't find it search by name sits beside the camera
  • Nothing reaches stock until you review and commit

Available today

Camera scanning is not available. To add stock today, log a delivery on a phone by searching for each card, or import a ManaBox export.

The counter iPad searches the cards in your cases and binders right now. Customers can do the same on their own phone from the kiosk's QR code. Tap a card, choose the printing and send a pickup request.

  • Search by name, set or collector number
  • A hold goes on the exact copies the moment a request is sent
  • Daily market estimates, labelled as estimates

Each request carries a QR code. Staff scan it, sign in with a PIN, and the pick list opens on their phone with the bin printed on every line. Mark each line found or not found.

  • The physical location is on every line
  • A partial pull releases only the lines you could not find
  • Unclaimed holds expire at close and return to stock

Opt in and your shop gets a public profile with its hours, where it is and what it has in stock today. Customers find it in the shop directory.

  • Hours, location and social links on one page
  • A Shop tab, plus At the table when you use it
  • Listed in the directory by city
